Even before we decided to select Frenchtown as our caterer, Steve (owner) helped us with the planning process - in terms of coordination and rentals. My wife's family uses a special recipe for a glazed ham and we wanted to serve this as a carving station option during the dinner - Steve pulled this off with flying colors. In terms of a custom recipes, Frenchtown nailed it. When it came down the the night, Steve and his staff were there for us every step of the way, taking the burden away from us and our parents, so we could thoroughly enjoy ourselves. The food.....absolutely outstanding. It's been nearly 6 months and our guests and attendants still say it was the best wedding reception food they ever had - that seems to be the highlight! Quotes My daughter?s wedding & reception was THE event of her early life. Frenchtown Catering delivered as promised! My wife and I were thrilled with their courteous service and attention to detail. The hors devours were delightful. We had the Italian Salad with Artichoke Hearts and Red Onion. The main course consisted of Chicken Picatta, Pork Tenderloin with Portabella Mushrooms in a Marsala Wine Demi Glaze, Roasted Rosemary Red Potatoes, Old Fashioned Green Beans, and Dinner Rolls. Everything was perfect. As the Father of the Bride, I received many compliments that night on the food and service. The staff was friendly and courteous. From the owner, Steve Phillips, to the bar tenders, right on down to the bus-boys, everyone was happy to be of service.
