Gratuities:
A 18% gratuity charge will apply towards the total food bill.
Server labor charge:
Server(s) are an option that we provide and recommend for meals served buffet style. Add $10.00 per hour for each Frenchtown Catering server. This includes setting up the buffet, serving meal, busing tables, trash pick up, & clean-up afterwards! Bartenders @ $20.00 per hour.
Deposit:
We request 50% of the order required one week prior to the function and the balance due day of the function. A $100.00 deposit is required to hold the date.
Paper Product Charge:
Add 4% to the food bill.
Sales Tax Charge:
Add .084% to the total bill.
